I love my job because I’m building a business that’s valued by my customers and I work with some of the most intelligent, experienced, and advanced people in the industry.

Outside of work I’m a father, husband, golfer, best-selling author, podcast host, property investor and landlord.

One fun fact about me is that I used to be the lead singer of a band that’s toured UK and Europe… Many years ago… when I had hair!

Leigh Medway

Operations Director

My primary role is Operations Director. Basically, I make Tom’s plans come to life. I run the day to day operation of the business and the teams.

I love my job because in property, no two days are the same and I get to see the business constantly develop and my team consistently achieve such high standards.

Outside work, I am a book dragon, dressmaker, and baker (no, I’m not a candlestick maker!). I love nothing more than covering the kitchen in icing sugar!

One fun fact about me is that I have read 120 books this year (2023).

Kerry Morgan

Sales and Lettings Manager

My primary role is Sales and Lettings Manager. I turn my client’s properties into the best properties on the market so I can sell or let them to the best buyers or tenants.

I love my job because I'm a basically match maker in property and showcasing our client’s home is one of my favourite things to do.

Outside of work I'm a social butterfly who loves the gym. But I'm also a sucker for a murder/mystery show, a good takeaway, and an evening in with the cat.

One fun fact about me… on my first day with Soane, I had to eat two burgers for my initiation. For the record, I did it!

Paul Evans

Sales and Lettings Director

My primary role is Sales and Lettings Director. My team and I are responsible for bringing new clients into the business and guiding them through the entire on-boarding process.

I love my job because I get to work with all the new customers that come into the business. I love the thrill of bringing on a new customer!

Outside work, I love to travel and keep myself fit through running.

One fun fact about me is that I once played football with David Beckham.

Katrina Brydon

Head of Tenancy Management

My primary role is Head of Tenancy Management. My team and I manage every part of tenancy and the property once the tenants have moved in.

I love my job because from day to day I can be a private investigator, problem solver, solicitor, accountant, therapist, and police officer!

Outside of work I am into gardening and bird watching. I’m very family focussed and spend as much time with them as possible. I also enjoy gaming too.

A fun fact about me, I’ve never flown in an aeroplane, but I have been in a helicopter.

Magdalena Raj

Property Inspector

My primary role is Property Inspector which involves inspecting our properties and identifying any issues or risks before they turn into major problems.

I love my job because I feel part of a really successful team and my work is essential part of ensuring our landlords are compliant and our tenants are safe.

What do you do outside work - My family is my source of happiness, and all my free time is an opportunity to take my son on new adventures and explore new places.

One fun fact about yourself – You might not expect it, but I knit in the evenings when everyone else is asleep, I’m also a keen photographer.

Paige McAllister

Tenancy Manager

My primary role is Tenancy Manager, I handle the day to day management of tenancies, tenants, properties, contractors, maintenance, and compliance.

I love my job because I’m helping tenants stay safe and happy in their homes. I also love the interaction I have with my landlords.

Outside work I’m a horror movie fan. I love travelling and spending as much time as I can with my dog, Barney.

One fun fact about me is that I am an ordained Minister. Not a lot of people would guess that.

Ella Cross

Senior Mortgage Administrator

My primary job role is Senior Mortgage Administrator, looking after our client base and managing the clients journey from mortgage application to completion to customer care.

I love my job because I have a major part to play in helping people with their mortgages and remortgage, moving home or purchasing their first home. I try to give them a stress-free seamless experience throughout.

Outside of work, I go to the gym regularly and love to shop way more than I should.

One fun fact about me, I love a karaoke! My song of choice is Gangsters Paradise which I know word for word!

Sydney Windle

Senior Mortgage Administrator

My primary job role is Senior Mortgage Administrator, looking after clients from submission of the mortgage through to completion.

I love my job because not only do we ensure our customers get the best mortgage available for them, we make the process so much easier and stress free in what could be an incredibly stressful and difficult time.

Outside work, I love going to the gym and run regularly but most of all love spending time with my son and partner.

Fun fact about me, when I go out, I go out out.

Rachel Lozada

Executive Assistant

My role is Executive Assistant which means I support Tom and Leigh in their day to day requirements, freeing them up so they can focus on what they do best.

I love my job because of the people I work with and being part of a very successful and motivational team.

Outside work I’m very homely. I love baking cakes, breads, pastries for my family and I spend a lot of time with my nieces and nephews.

A fun fact about me is that I’m a professional singer and I often perform locally.

Nina Lozada

Tenancy Assistant

My role is Tenancy Assistant, where I look after the day to day management of our tenants, tenancies, properties, contractors, maintenance, compliance, and our landlords.

Why do you love your job – every day is different, every hour is different! We get to help our tenants and landlords, solve problems, and overcome challenges every day.

Outside of work, I'm a mum of two beautiful children which keeps me very busy.

One fun fact about me, I’ve actually got three… I’m a blue belt in Taekwondo and I can play the guitar and I sing!

Tenancy Assistant

My role is Tenancy Assistant and I look after our tenants, our landlords, and our managed properties. Keeping them safe, secure, maintained, and compliant.

I love my job because I get to speak with all my tenants, landlords and contractors every day. No two days are the same which keeps me motivated and busy.

Marie Jularbal

Sales and Lettings Assistant

My role is Sales and Lettings Assistant where I support the Sales and Lettings Team with viewing qualification and management, referencing, administration, and compliance.

I love my job because, as they say, "if you love your job, you’ll never work a day in your life", and that's what I’ve got with Soane. It’s an amazing team who encourage me and support me every day.

Outside work I’m very family-focussed and spend as much time as I can with them. I’ve got such a happy, positive family which reflects in my work.

One fun fact about me is I ride a quadbike and a motorbike! I love trying new things and I’m a bit of an adrenaline junkie!

Radcliffe Manalo

Video, Image and Graphics Editor

My role is Video, Image and Graphics Editor, I create all the property videos, tours, walkthroughs, imagery, promotion and all the content.

I love my job because it's my personal creativity playground. I work with rockstar people (including the boss who's basically a kindness ninja).

Outside work I'm a movie geek! You’ll always catch me at the cinema or at home binge watching the latest movies. When I’m not watching movies, I’m at the beach!

One fun fact about me is I’m a toy and watch connoisseur and collector. Call it a hobby, call it retail therapy, I call it adulting with style.
